Copyright and Intellectual Property 

Teach Weekly is part Teach My Kids. Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exist on all text, designs, layout, graphics, and other content related to TeachWeekly.com and Teach My Kids services and products. No part of the website, worksheets, products, or any other content may be distributed, reproduced, or modified in any way, including framing or other similar means, without prior written permission.

All content, including but not limited to worksheets, products, packs, workbooks, advice, and tips, reviews, is for your personal use and for your household only and may not be distributed, reproduced, or modified in any way for commercial purposes. 

License to use within schools, other organisations, and educational establishments, or by private tutors is solely given to the subscriber, please also refer to the school section below for additional terms and conditions of usage.

Using Free Content Produced by TeachWeekly 

Subscribing, downloading, printing, and/or using content, including but not limited to workbooks, packs, individual worksheets, free resources, etc., gives you a license to use content and/or products produced by Teach My Kids. 

You agree that you will not use the content for commercial purposes, all Teach My Kids branding is retained, and you will not systematically download, print, and/or copy any of the content produced by TeachWeekly.com or Teach My Kids with the purpose of compiling, composing, creating any kind of collection, database, directory, inventory, etc.

Keeping You Up To Date

Your email address will be used to keep you up to date with weekly worksheets, information, renewal reminders, new features added to the website, updates, any other affiliate information that may be relevant etc. You are free to unsubscribe from the website, weekly emails and any newsletters sent at any time. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details. 

Weekly Worksheets

TeachWeekly.com reserves the right to change subscriptions, plans and products at any time. 

Two free worksheets will be emailed to the registered email each Sunday. 

Email addresses can only be used once. Multiple registrations using the same email will not be allowed.

Teach Weekly and Teach My Kids cannot be held responsible to incorrect input of email addresses and for non-receipt of any emails throughout the year. Please remember to check your spam or junk folder for any emails from us to ensure you don't miss important updates or notifications. 

It is a violation of the terms of service to distribute Teach Weekly worksheets, once downloaded, to any other recipients.

TeachWeekly.com reserves the right to monitor downloads to ensure fair usage for the protection of TeachWeekly.com, Teach My Kids and our members. Please see General section below.

TeachWeekly.com is always improving the website and the service that it provides. TeachWeekly.com cannot guarantee that every resource and link will be available all the time. TeachWeekly.com reserves the right to remove or change the content at any time.

A 'fair usage' system is in place, and misuse can result in subscription cancellation .

All PDFs are tested. To download PDFs, members will need Adobe Reader [http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader]. TeachWeekly.com cannot be responsible if PDFs fail to open on your PC, laptop, tablet, etc.

TeachWeekly.com reserves the right to monitor downloads to ensure fair usage for the protection of TeachWeekly.com, Teach My Kids and our members.

License is given to use TeachWeekly.com worksheets for a period of 12 months only.  License is only given to the teacher/authorized person that originally registered on the website.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs, and text available through this site and the services TeachWeekly.com and Teach My Kids provides.
